Rajinikanth rejects the script narrated by this young director

For the past few years, Superstar Rajinikanth has been perfecting to work with young directors. After tasting huge success with the 2023 released, Jailer, the actor has given his nod to do a sequel for the film under the direction of Nelson Dilip Kumar. 

Currently, the Superstar is working on a project with Lokesh Kanagaraj. Titled Coolie, the film also stars Nagarjuna in a key role. Being bankrolled by Sun pictures banner, the movie is expected to hit the screens in this year itself. 

Meanwhile, the latest buzz is that director Mari Selvaraj of Karnan fame has recently met Rajinikanth with a storyline. Not very much impressed with the concept, Rajinikanth has rejected the script and dropped the idea of doing a project with Mari Selvaraj. Actually facts behind the story are yet to be out but the news went viral all over.
