Salman Khan-Atlee project on a bumpy road

Atlee's Bollywood debut, Jawan starring Shah Rukh Khan, was a massive success. While he has reportedly been developing his next project with Salman Khan for several months, a recent report suggests the film has encountered significant roadblocks.

According to the report, as Atlee finalized the script, he realized the project's scale had increased substantially, now requiring an estimated ₹400 crore budget to fully realize his vision. However, given the underwhelming performance of Salman Khan's recent films, producers are reportedly hesitant to invest such a large sum.

Consequently, the report claims Atlee has shifted his focus to a potential collaboration with Allu Arjun. The Salman Khan project is allegedly stalled due to these financial concerns, prompting Atlee to explore other options. The report indicates that Allu Arjun is enthusiastic about working with Atlee, and Sun Pictures is showing interest in producing this new project.
