Bollywood icons Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have further cemented their position as real estate powerhouses, adding ten luxury apartments in Mumbai's Mulund region to their already impressive portfolio. The Bachchans purchased these properties, located in Oberoi Eternia by Oberoi Realty, for a total of Rs 24.95 crores.

The ten apartments, spread across a combined 10,216 sq ft, come with 20 car parking spaces. The purchase was registered on October 9th, 2024, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.50 crores.

Six of the apartments are registered in Abhishek Bachchan's name, while the remaining four are registered under Amitabh Bachchan's ownership. Eight of the apartments boast a carpet area of 1049 sq ft, while the remaining two offer 912 sq ft each.

This latest acquisition is a testament to the Bachchan family's ongoing investment in real estate, particularly in Mumbai. Over the past two decades, they have reportedly invested over Rs 200 crores in properties across the city.

Their strategic investment aligns with a growing trend among Bollywood actors who are increasingly using their substantial earnings to acquire luxury apartments and commercial spaces in prominent locations.
