While Balakrishna was previously known for his non-negotiable approach to remuneration, he has recently increased his fee several times. His upcoming film with Boyapati Srinu, marking their fourth collaboration after "Simha," "Legend," and "Akhanda," is planned on a record budget. Balakrishna is demanding a whopping Rs 30 crores for the project.

This follows his Rs 18 crores remuneration for "Bhagavanth Kesari" and over Rs 20 crores for "NBK109." The producers of the Boyapati Srinu film have agreed to his fee.

Interestingly, Balakrishna's daughter, Tejaswini Nandamuri, will be involved in the production and will share in the film's profits after its release. The film, produced by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner, is set to begin filming before the end of the year and is slated for a Sankranthi 2026 release.
