Jr NTR's popularity has reached new heights following the record-breaking sale of theatrical rights for his upcoming film, "Devara," in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The film's producers have secured a whopping Rs 115 crore for the rights, marking the highest price ever paid for an NTR film.

Distributors attribute this phenomenal success to several factors: NTR's intense and anger-driven portrayal in the teasers has ignited a frenzy of anticipation for the action saga. Moreover, the pairing of NTR with director Koratala Siva, whose previous collaboration "Janatha Garage" was a massive box office hit in the Telugu states, promises a repeat of their successful magic.

The film's pan-India appeal is further evident in the record-breaking sale of Hindi dubbing rights for Rs 45 crore plus. NTR's growing pan-India fan base is expected to drive strong openings for the Hindi version, paving the way for further expansion of his reach.

"Devara" is poised to be a money-spinner for NTR, solidifying his superstardom. The actor's global popularity, fueled by his phenomenal performance in the blockbuster "RRR," has earned him a loyal fan base worldwide.

Adding to the film's allure is the fresh pairing of NTR with Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor. This unexpected duo is generating significant curiosity and promises to deliver a captivating romantic angle to the action saga, captivating the young generation audience.

"Devara" is set to be a cinematic spectacle, blending high-octane action, captivating romance, and strong performances, solidifying Jr NTR's position as one of the most sought-after actors in Indian cinema.
