Punjabi, who initially approached Khan with a letter expressing his admiration, was offered a role designing a website for a Bollywood portal, leading to his entry into Red Chillies Entertainment. He credits Khan with being a phenomenal mentor, guiding him through the intricacies of cinema during their collaborative years.

"Shah Rukh is one of the best editors I've worked with," Punjabi revealed, emphasizing Khan's dedication to his craft. "He edits every single film he shoots and acts in, sitting with the editor to meticulously go through each scene." While Khan's recent blockbuster "Jawan" continues to break box office records, the actor is set to star in Sujoy Ghosh's "King", alongside his daughter Suhana Khan. The film, confirmed to feature Abhishek Bachchan, is expected to begin production later this year with a potential release in 2025.
