Jacqueline Fernandez To Do A Film With Telugu Director

Jacqueline Fernandez, is a popular Bollywood actress who also paired with Salman Khan in a couple of films. She is also popular in South with her special 'Bad Boy' song in Prabhas's 'Saaho'. This Sri Lankan actress who entered as an item girl gradually rose to become a leading lady opposite Bollywood A-list actors. 

Latest news is she has played a script narrated by a Telugu Director. Ahe is very impressed with it and the official announcement is around the corner. Jaya Shankar, the protege of Director Sampath Nandi has turned into Director with 'Paper Boy' starring Santosh Soban produced by Sampath Nandi himself. Then he made unique film 'Ari' which is about to release soon.

Initially, Jaya Shankar who has readied a female centric film planned to cast Nayanthara in the lead. But, since they felt that the film has potential to be a Pan India affair, they approached Jacqueline and confirmed her. This film would be made in Telugu and Hindi languages simultaneously and dubbed into other South languages. 

Jacqueline's entry into Tollywood would have been made a couple of years ago with Nagarjuna's 'Ghost' but her legal tussle involving her along with her boyfriend, conman Sukesh Chandrasekharan mad her lost the opportunity. She got 7 films released in 2022 and only one item song in Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hashmi's 'Selfie'. She needs a strong comeback.
