Trisha's journey in Telugu cinema has been illustrious, with films like 'Varsham' (2004), 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana,' and 'Athadu' among her notable works. Despite her successful stint, she shifted focus to Tamil cinema, with occasional appearances in other languages like Malayalam.

In 2022, Trisha was set to star alongside Chiranjeevi in 'Acharya' but exited due to creative differences. The film, which received mixed reviews, saw Kajal Aggarwal stepping in to replace Trisha, though her role was significantly reduced in the final cut.

'Vishwambhara,' a socio-fantasy film directed by Mallidi Vassishta and produced by UV Creations, is set to release on January 10 next year, ahead of Sankranti. The film boasts a talented crew including dialogue writer Sai Madhav Burra, cinematographer Chota K Naidu, and editors Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and Santhosh Kamireddy. Besides 'Vishwambhara,' Trisha is also lined up for Tamil projects like 'Vidaa Muyarchi,' 'Thug Life,' 'Ram,' and 'Identity,' adding to the excitement surrounding her comeback to Telugu cinema.
