In a recent interview with a private channel, Vishwak mentioned his favorite hero not receiving a big offer in a film. He admired how the character was designed to be more prominent, similar to Ravi Teja's role in "Waltheru Veeraya," but he expressed a desire for a better character for his favorite hero. While he didn't mention the name directly, Vishwak Sen's favorite heroes are known to be Balakrishna and Jr. NTR. It's evident from the casting that there is no scope for any other youth hero except Tarak in "Devara."

However, Dulquer Salmaan is acting in an action drama directed by Balayya Bobby Combo, which implies that Vishwak missed the opportunity to work with Dulquer. Vishwak had initially stated that if "Gangs of Godavari" was not released in mid-December, he would not participate in its promotions, but he later changed his mind.

The new release date of March 8 was also postponed, which led to unexpected developments. Nonetheless, the scenes with Balayya Vishvak were well-received by the masses, thanks to director Bobby's adeptness in shooting combo scenes with good elevations.
