Rahul should take this Earful. Congress hails Rahul Gandhi as the Shehzada and the Crown Prince will soon rule India as the Emperor. However, Rahul Gandhi for all his youthful exuberance failed to turn the dreams of all Congress and the so-called secular supporters into a reality. Wherever he stepped in, Congress got decimated, and not only he but also the Congress party lost respect among even the regional stalwarts like Mamata Banerjee, Akhilesh Yadav, Mayawati, Kumaraswamy, Nitish Kumar, Lalu Prasad Yadav, KCR, and others.
When everyone wrote him off, he went on Bharat Jodo Yatra, and much to the delight of all, Congress swept the Karnataka assembly elections. Rahul Gandhi once again is hogging the media limelight. Now, once again Congress party started claiming that Rahul will soon rule the Country as the Emperor.
But Rahul should not fall into the trap of false prestige and shouldn't get carried away. He shouldn't think that all his acts and strategies connected chords with the people of Karnataka or the country. Karnataka people gave importance to only state issues and their day-to-day problems. He shouldn't be under the impression that they support the divide and rule policy, Muslim appeasement and taking against the nation and army, and hobnobbing with the enemies like China and Pakistan.
Rahul should take up the issues that concern the common people like jobs, price rise, corruption, and other issues that connect chords rather than what Digvijay and others speak like banning Bajrang Dal, singing praises of Muslims, talking against the Hindu sentiments, talk against the Indian army and sing praises of the communists and those who speak against the nation and rubbing shoulders with them in JNU, Delhi, etc. But the question is whether Rahul will stay grounded and stuck to the reality of connecting chords with the people or fly high in the sky getting carried away with Karnataka victory and losing sync with the people of the country
