The Telangana Rashtra Samiti will kickstart its campaign for the by-elections from Huzurabad in Karimnagar district on Friday.
TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao will address a public meeting on Friday at Huzurabad where local TRS candidate is contesting.
The TRS also hammered out its electoral strategy. The TRS leaders will target the Telugu Desam and the State Congress leaders.
During the campaign they would not say a word against Congress president Sonia Gandhi as they wanted to drive home the point among the people of Telangana that it was only the TDP leaders and the State Congress leaders, who stood in the way of Telangana. Sonia Gandhi was gracious enough to consider the demand for separate Telangana.
TRS is appealing to the people of Telangana to re-elect all those who have resigned for the sake of Telangana. This message will go a long way in making the Srikrishna panel to recommend strongly for a separate Telangana.
The TRS cadre has sorted out its campaigning programme as they were divided into 52 units and making forays into the rural Telangana to woo the voters.
Starting from July 10 they will go for a door to door campaign stressing the need for achieving a separate Telangana. TRS chief KCR will hold at least one meeting in all the 12 segments before the bypolls on July 27.
