Bangi Ananthaiah suicide drama turns fatal

Bangi Ananthaiah, Ex Mayor of Kurnool and a suspended member of Telugu Desham Party is known for his innovative protests in various fashions against Chandrababu Naidu and TDP. Very frequently he shaves his head on the road, tries his attires in fakir, goes half nude and even doesn’t mind staging the drama of a dead body, all in the name of protest.

As media persons received a call today in the early morning about his protest at Kurnool collectorate, few of them gathered there to know about his new style of protesting. Soon he climbed the NTR statue and hanged himself jumping from the statue with a ligature to the neck. Slowly when he started choking for oxygen, two to three minutes after the fall, media persons started to surround him.

What was thought of as a drama of protest by Bangi turned fatal and he was shifted to near by hospital. A media report mentioned that Bangi’s situation is critical and he was shifted to ICU. TDP leaders were already informed about the news and let us wait for few more minutes to know about his clear situation.
