Chief Minister K Rosaiah on Saturday called upon engineering and technological college managements in the state to help prepare curriculum as per the changing needs of society.
Inaugurating an education fair at Visveswaraiah Bhavan in Khairatabad, he asked the engineering colleges to evolve education to benefit the society and help the growth of the country economically.
Rosaiah asked the colleges to help the poor and middle classes who cannot afford to pursue higher education.
The CM asked the students to work hard and set a target for achieving their goals in life.The education fair was organized to provide guidance to students on EAMCET, ICET, ECET and other courses in the state.
Home Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy, Major Irrigation Minister Ponnala Laxmaiah and Law and Technical Education Minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana participated.
Prominent engineering, medical, management, pharmacy and other professional colleges from across the state are participating in the education fair.Thousands of students attended the education fair and took guidelines of experts on the courses.
