Conduct yourself, High Command is monitoring: DS

The Congress High Command is closely monitoring  the situation in Andhra Pradesh in view of the ensuing by-polls in  Telangana region, said PCC president here on Wednesday.

Interacting with the media, the PCC chief said he had a telephonic talk with Ahmed Patel, a senior Congress leader in Delhi asking him to apprise the HighCommand of the latest developments in the State.

DS,  who  returned  from Delhi on Tuesday  after meeting Congress president Sonia observed ``the  leader should  continue to be transparent in their activities. I hope the cadre will co-operate by highlighting weak and grey areas that need to be improved. We  also need suggestions as to how these grey areas can be covered.’’ 

He appealed to the leaders to refrain from making any statements in public which will place the government in a piquant situation.He appealed to the leaders to extend their support in forthcoming by-polls.
