Chandrababu's convoy will have a new look

The Government  has granted   eight  new Tata Safaries to  the  Opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu’s   convoy  to  replace  the eight ageing Ambassador cars.

The Telgu Desam  chief’s  convoy will have  the  eight   new safaris. Two bullet-proof ones for himself, two for Black Cat commandos of National Security Guards and one each for pilot, intelligence, patrolling and for carrying a jammer.  Even a  new jammer has  also been approved   by the Government.

His convoy comprises eight cars, including two bullet-proof ones meant for his travel and a vehicle fitted with a jammer that can neutralise any remote control device in the vicinity.The Opposition leader  enjoys  Cabinet rank and Z Plus security.
