The Congress High Command is very serious about Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy overshhoting the High Command's orders and going ahead with his scheduled `Odarpu Yatra.’
AICC General Secretary Janardhan Dwivedi speaking to the media in New Delhi said ``the High Command is viewing this matter very seriously. Action will be taken against Jagan only after the High Command receives a report from Veerappa Moily, the AICC general secretary incharge of Andhra Pradesh affairs.
Verrappa Moily who is now on a visit to Sholapur was asked to cut short his vist and return to Delhi. In all probability, the High Command may issue a show-cause notice before taking any firm action against him, Janardhan added.
The Congress core committee is meeting in the evening to discuss major issues like the finalizing of the Rajya Sabha candidates and the Maoist activities in the country. In view of the latest developments in the State, Jagan’s issue will come up for discussion during the meeting.
