Rosaiah casts vote for MLC polls

Chief Minister K Rosaiah on Friday exercised his franchise for the Legislative Council polls at the GHMC head office.The election officials arranged two booths for Hyderabad Legislative Authority constituency and three booths for Rangareddy Legislative Authority constituency.

The polling officials made elaborate arrangements for conducting the polls .The polling began at 8 a.m and senior Congress leader K V P Ramachandra Rao exercised his vote first.

There are 157 voters, who will exercise their franchise in the election to the Legislative Council for the Hyderabad Local Authorities constituency and 653 voters for Rangareddy district. The polling will ends at 4 pm.

The election is held for three constituencies—two from the Hyderabad Local Authorities constituency and one from the Rangareddy Local Authorities constituency.The results will be announced on May 10.
