The Central Bureau of Investigation, which is probing the chopper crash involving the death of former chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, on Tuesday submitted its 400-page report to the Centre.
According to the sources, the Cbi report would be released to the media by Union Home Minister P Chidambaram or Union Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel.The Cbi's comprehensive report would throw light on all the aspects of the chopper crash, the sources said.
The state government has sought a Cbi probe into the tragedy, in which Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, Special Secretary Dr P Subramanium, Chief Security Officer ASC Wesley and pilots Captain S K Bhatia and Captain M S Reddy were killed on Sept 2 last.
