Oodarpu yatra enters Polavaram

The Oodarpu Yatra being led by Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy entered Polavaram in West Godavari district on Monday. Reddy met the relatives of Gabriel, who died after hearing the tragic death of YS Rajasekhar Reddy on television channels.

After consoling the bereaved family of K Gabriel at Rampalem in Gopalapuram mandal, Jagan garlanded the statue of his father Y S Rajasekhar Reddy at Dondapudi. He also met the family members of Jatluri Nagaraju and consoled them. He thanked all the people for their support.

Later, he went to Narayana Rao’s house in Dondapudi, where Rao had died of cardiac arrest after hearing the news of YSR’s death in a chopper mishap. Jagan was given a tumultuous reception by the pro-Jagan activists and supporters all through the route.

In Kovvur, he garlanded the statues of educationist Alluri Bapinidu and Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. Minister for Arogyasri Pithani Satyanaraya and MP Undavalli Arun Kumar accompanied Jagan.
