The Sri Krishna Committee, looking into demands for and views against separate Telangana state, will visit Andhra Pradesh on April 22 and 23.
The panel will meet a few political parties in the state and hear their views on the Telangana statehood.
The Telugu Desam Party, the Praja Rajyam Party and the Left parties have submitted their reports. So far, 6, 000 reports have been received by the panel, said Srikrishna panel Member-Secretary VK Duggal.
According to Duggal, the last date for receiving the reports has not been extended officially, but under special considerations one or two reports may be accepted even after the due date.
The Congress party has not submitted its report to the panel till now.
The panel will hear the views of Telangana Rashtra Samiiti leaders on April 16. The Majlis has so far not submitted its report, said Duggal.
Meanwhile, it was learnt that a delegation of Praja Rajyam Party leaders submitted a report to the Sri Krishna panel on Thursday.
Addressing the media after submitting the report, PRP leader C. Ramachandraiah said they had urged the Committee to spell out a national policy on small states. He said there were no backward states in India, but only backward districts.
Stating that his party submitted an 89-page report, Ramachandraiah said it had urged the panel against bifurcating the state.
