Reaching out to the government for grievances - personal and civic, contacting the concerned authorities has always been a task. But that is not the case in the state of Telangana. With TRS Working President KTR being extremely active and responsive on social media platform Twitter, he has become the one-stop shop for all grievances or requests for help from the people residing in the state.
Apparently, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy is following KTR in serving the needy. One incident that took place today proves the same. As is known, Jagan went to Vizag to seek the blessings of Hindu seer Swamy Swaroopanandendra Saraswati. He requested the Sharada Peetham pontiff to fix an 'auspicious' time for the expansion of his Cabinet next week.
On his return, YS Jagan found few youngsters holding placards which read: “Please help our friend Neeraj suffering from blood cancer.” He immediately stopped his convoy and went to them. When they informed him that they require Rs 25 lakhs for his friend’s surgery to be performed on 30th, Jagan told district collector to arrange for the operation.
