Rosaiah call for support from all parties

Chief Minister K Rosaiah on Tuesday convened an all-party meeting to review the situation in Old City, which was affected by violence ever since Saturday night.

 The Chief Minister appealed to all parties at the meeting to exercise restraint and cooperate with the government in dealing with anti-social elements. 

 The Chief Minister briefed the Opposition parties about the steps the government was taking to bring situtation under control in the Old City. He directed the police to act tough on the perpetrators of violence. The Chief Minister urged all the party leaders to make efforts to bring the situation under control at any cost.

 However, the Telugu Desam Party members did not turn up for the meeting.
