Lokesh Watched NTR, Special Praise For Babu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu’s son and IT Minister Nara Lokesh watched NTR Biopic part 2- Mahanayakudu today and he has all praises for the team. He has special appreciations for Rana Daggubati who played his father Chandra Babu Naidu.

“Made time to catch up with #NTRMahanayakudu today. Found it to be an insightful and relentlessly heart-touching movie where Bala Mavayya shone with grace and panache matching that of Sri NT Rama Rao Garu.

A special word of praise for @RanaDaggubati and @NANDAMURIKALYAN who brilliantly portrayed the physical mannerisms and speaking styles of their characters. Great work by @DirKrish and his crew, and thanks for sharing this important slice of history in cinema form,” tweeted Nara Lokesh.

Many are of the opinion that Mahanayakudu should be called as biopic of Chandra Babu Naidu as the film gave more significance to him than NTR. The film indeed highlighted how CBN helped NTR to retain CM post from Nadendla Bhaskara Rao when Nadendla plotted coup against NTR.

On the flip side, NTR Mahanayakudu has got lukewarm response from all the corners and with the poor openings; it is evident that even TDP supporters and NTR fans are not keen to watch the film. Will Lokesh’s words boost the film’s collections?
