K Chandrashekhar Rao-led Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is bidding to retain power and the Congress-led alliance is ready for a no-holds-barred contest. TRS set to get a clear mandate in the state. Meanwhile, KCR who is going to take swearing-in ceremony as Chief Minister of Telangana tomorrow has addressed media today to thank people of the state and to express his views on elections.
When asked whether TRS will contest in elections in Andhra Pradesh, KCR replied in his style saying, “In birthday, we give return gifts right. Same way, we (TRS Party) will also be going to give return gift to my good friend Chandrababu Naidu. When he has come to my place with an aim of defeating me, I should also go there right. Jokes apart, for the well-being of our country, we will be stepping in to other states.”
Earlier, when Chandrababu Naidu criticized KCR and KTR during his campaigning for his TDP Kukatpally candidate Nandamuri Suhasini, KTR slammed Babu saying TRS will enter AP politics. Now, KCR’s remarks hint at possibility of the party entering AP politics.
