Narasimha Balakrishna, ruling TDP MLA from Hindupur got a huge shock from the municipality workers. They dumped garbage in front of his house as a part of their protests.
It is known that, municipality employees have been on indefinite protests demanding the scraping of GO no 279.
As a part of their protests on the fifth day, they went to Balakrishna's house and dumped the garbage in front of it. Police reached the place and made the workers to clean the place and let them go away.
Municipality employees have a call for indefinite strike across Andhra Pradesh in October demanding the cancellation of GO no 279. They called off strike after 15 days after discussion with the government.
People heaved a sigh of relief when higher ups told that the government agreed for the demand. But the employees started protests five days back when the Municipal Commissioner asked them to work as per GO 279 saying the government didn't come with any fresh orders.
