Chiru's Heroine Gets Ministry

We can never forget Mega Star Chiranjeevi's super hit song 'Nee Meeda Naaku Adayyo' from Rakshasudu. Chiranjeevi and Kannada actress Jayamala mesmerized all with their scintillating and mesmerizing dance movements. 

Mega fans still rave about Jayamala's performance and dance movements as Tarakeswari in Chiranjeevi's blockbuster film Rakshasudu. According to the latest, Jayamala became the cabinet minister in CM Kumaraswamy's government in Karnataka. 

Incidentally she is the only woman in Kumaraswamy's government. Jayamala shot to fame when she became the minister after being an MLC. She became the first actress to get the post and also the first person from Bhillava community to become the minister. 

Jayamala who is from the Congress party is given the portfolio of Women and Child Development, Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens, Kannada and Culture.
