Minister for Endowments Gade Venkat Reddy who was admitted to a corporate hospital in Guntur three days ago has been discharged on Thursday. The doctors advised him complete rest.
The Minister, who was indisposed after a visit to his constituency on Sunday last, has recovered but is still weak. He is expected to resume his duties after taking rest for a week. He left for Hyderabad by Kochi Express on Thursday morning from Guntur.
With the Assembly sessions in full swing, the Minister’s presence is vital for the ruling Congress.
