Anam Chappal To NTR, Babu Defeated

Legendary actor Ntr launched Telugu Desam Party against Congress and rode to power on the back of severe anti-incumbency creating a sensation in Andhra Pradesh. Ntr's enmity with the Congress party is well known. Under these circumstances Ananam Vivekananda Reddy, who breathed his last yesterday forced Ntr to vote for his sworn enemy. 

In 1995, Vivekananda Reddy, Chittoor Municipal Chairman Manohar, Bapatla Municipal Chairman Venkatrao contested for the Municipal State Chamber elections on Congress, TDP and Ntr TDP tickets. 

It is known that these elections happed after Chandra Babu backstabbed Ntr. Had the three fought, Chandra Babu's TDP candidate could have won hands down. However Anam met Ntr and convinced him to withdraw his Ntr TDP candidate and ensure Congress victory to defeat Chandra Babu's candidate. 

Even earlier Ananam presented chappal which make sounds and insisted on Ntr wearing in the Assembly where pin drop silence is maintained.
