We'll abide by Cong fiat, not JAC's: Danam

``The decision to take on the by-elections will be taken up by the Congress High Command and we will abide by the party leadership's decision,’’ said Health Minister Danam Nagender here on Monday.

Participating in the Holi celebrations with the party workers in Khairatabad, Danam said ``The Joint Action Committee and Kodandaram have no right to dictate terms to the Congress or asking them not to contest.’’

``We will abide by the decision of the High Command on contesting the by-elections,’’ the Minister added.
