Amid uncertainties, Chief Minister K Rosaiah, who also holds the finance portfolio, on Saturday presented the 2010-2011 budget of Rs. 113,675 lakh crore including a non-plan expenditure of Rs 73, 347 crore. The Budget predicted a revenue surplus of Rs. 3548 crore and the fiscal deficit Rs 12, 983 crore.

Free power - Rs. 4,500 crore
Senior citizens and handicapped - Rs. 1,846 crore
