Uttam Kumar Reddy said only KCR family extracted benefits out of Telangana State and deprived all students and youth of all opportunities. By causing delay in clearing Fee Reimbursement dues and giving scholarships, it caused huge mental agony for lakhs of students and their families. He said TRS Government did not even fill over one lakh vacancies that existed at the time of formation of Telangana and therefore, there was no question of creating new jobs, both in public and private sector. He said that the Chief Minister also suppressed all kinds of agitation by students and youth.

Welcoming the students, youth and artists into the Congress party, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the Congress party was all set to come to power in 2019 elections. Besides creating lakhs of jobs, the next Congress Government would give a monthly allowance of Rs. 3,000 to all jobless youth. Koppula Raju enthralled students to launch another movement against the anti-people policies of TRS Government. He said that the students' movement should penetrate all villages of Telangana.

TPCC Working President Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka recalled the role played by the students of Osmania University in Telangana movemente.
