CM wants Metro Rail Stn at Moosapet to be named after Dr. Ambedkar

Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has instructed the officials concerned to take measures to name Metro railway station at Moosapet Y junction as Ambedkar Junction Metro station.

The Chief Minister responded positively to a formal request made by Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao, MP Mallareddy, MLC Mynampalli Hanumanth Rao and Sambipur Raju to name the Moosapet Metro Railway Station As Ambedkar Junction Metro station. They met KCR at Pragati Bhavan and submitted a memorandum. They said that there was an Ambedkar Statue at the Y Junction and people call it as Ambedkar Junction and birth anniversary of Ambedkar is being celebrated officially there.

KCR has positively responded to their request and asked the officials concerned to take action.
