Health Minister Dr. K. Lakshma Reddy on Tuesday inaugurated the Dialysis Centre at Malakpet Area Hospital.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that the infrastructure in all public hospitals has improved after TRS Government came to power in Telangana. He said Dialysis Centres were being established in 40 hospitals and they were being expanded in a phased manner. He said the upgradation of public hospitals would help the poor patients.
Besides 5-bedded Dialysis Centre, the minister also inaugurated Water Plant and Labour Room at Malakpet Area Hospital. Hyderabad MP and MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi, Malakpet MLA Ahmed Balala, Telangana State Medical Infrastructure Development Corporation chairman P. Krishna Moorthy and other officials were also present on the occasion.
