Hyderabad, Feb 2: If necessary a fast track court will be set up to hear the abduction and the subsequent inhuman murder of Naga Vaishnavi of Vijayawada, the Chief Minister, Mr K Rosaiah, said here on Tuesday. Besides, a criminal case has been booked against the management of the Park Health Care Hospital in Somajiguda in the city where fire broke out on Tuesday morning in which 42 persons were injured, he revealed.“Our priority is to see to it that the culprits who killed the baby, Naga Vaishnavi, be tried as fast as possible and they should be given maximum punishment.
For this purpose, if the case gets delayed in the regular sessions court, a fast court will be set up to exclusively try this case that has created sensation across the State,” the Chief Minister told a media conference after holding a review meeting on the crime rate in the State.He said that according to preliminary information, the close relations of Naga Vaishnavi have done her to death. “The unfortunate incident has really disturbed me,” he added.The Chief Minister said that the primary investigation has revealed the cause of the murder to be family disputes.Expressing concern that the State has been witnessing sad incidents since January 23, Mr Rosaiah said that the Hyderabad city police have booked a criminal case against the Park Health Care Hospital in Somajiguda for not maintaining proper fire safety measures.
