KCR appoints chairpersons for eight more corporations

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao on Monday appointed chairpersons for eight more Corporations in the State.

The newly appointed chairpersons are: Tumukunta Narsareddy (Ex-MLA) - Telangana State Road Development Corporation; Gundu Sudharani (Ex-MP)- Women Cooperative Finance Corporation; Madupu Bhoomreddy - Telangana State Housing Corporation; Gandhi Naik - Telangana State Tribal Cooperative Corporation; Pushkar Rammohan Rao - Telangana State Film, TV and Theatre Development Corporation; K. Vasudev Reddy - Telangana State Handicapped Development Corporation Chairman; Prem Singh Rathod (Ex-MLA) - Musi River Front Development Corporation and Dr. Chirumilla Rakesh Kumar - Telangana State Technical Services Corporation.

KCR has also appointed Gundu Sudha Rani (Warangal district) as the TRS Women’s Wing President. Gellu Srinivas Yadav (OU student leader, Karimnagar district) is appointed as President, TR Student Samithi.

The Chief Minister also considered Medak DCCB former President Sri Election Reddy’s name for the appointment as Chairman of a Corporation, since Sri Election Reddy is on a tour of the US, the Chief Minister will discuss with him soon after his return and finalise the Corporation.
