Hyderabad, Jan 27: Telangana Political Joint Action Committee convener Prof Kodanda Ram on Wednesday demanded that the Centre announce a time-bound plan on bifurcating Telangana state by Jan 28.The elected representatives from Telangana districts would resign to their posts if the Centre did not come out with a time-bound action plan on the issue, he tild newsmen. “There is no change in this stand adopted by the JAC,” he made it clear.He urged the State Government to declare Jan 29 as a holiday for the Sammakka-Saralakka jatara at Medaram.
