Student leaders ask Sabitha to quit

Hyderabad, Jan 21: The student leaders of  Joint Action Committee of Osmania University lashed out at Home Minister Sabita Indira Reddy for justifying the Wednesday's police action on OU campus.The students demanded that the Home Minister resign immediately owning responsibility for the violence that erupted on Wednesday.

They took out a procession with an effigy of the home minister and set it on fire in front of  Arts College on Wednesday night.The Home Minister should apologize in public for making anti-Telangana statements, the students leaders demanded. They gave a call to the elected representatives to tender their resignations and intensify the agitation.
