Congress MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Tuesday vowed to bring party to power in the state in the Assembly elections in 2019.
Speaking to media persons here, Komatireddy Reddy said that the TRS government has failed to live up to the expectations of the peoples in the state. He said that he would visit villages in the state and interact with the locals and would expose the government as to how it cheated the people by making promises which have not been fulfilled yet.
"I will work to ensure that the party bags at least 90 seats in the 2019 elections. If the party fails to come to the power, I will resign even if I get elected to the Assembly," he said. The Congress leader said that the people of the state were fed up with the anti-poor government and exuded confidence that the party would come to the power in the next Assembly elections.
