Hyderabad, Jan 8: Chief Minister K. Rosaiah summoned an emergency meeting of senior police officers to review the law and order situation in the state.Following the Attacks on Reliance business establishments across the State after learning that Ambanis were allegedly behind the death of former chief minister Y S Rajsekhara Reddy in a chopper crash, the CM convened the meeting for Saturday.A local TV Channel aired the news on Thursday night.

YSR followers who keenly watched this news item immediately ran into the streets and started vandalising the businesses establishments of Reliance.Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy along with Director General of Police Girish Kumar were also present at the meeting. It is learnt that the CM has directed senior police officials to deal sternly with unsocial elements who are involved in these Attacks.

Meanwhile, Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy said the Government will order a probe into YSR’s death. The report will be submitted to the Government within three months to put to rest all the doubts about YSR’s death.DGP Girish Kumar also appealed to the people not to get carried away by the news telecast by channel TV 5. ``The Government will order an inquiry from the Reliance angle also to ascertain whether there is any conspiracy in YSR’s death.’’``Legal action will be taken against the channel, which aired the news item. The TV footage was provoking the people,’’ the senior cop added.
