CPI General Secretary Suraram Sudhakar Reddy has strongly condemned the TRS leaders for criticising TPJAC chairman Prof M. Kodandaram.
Speaking to media persons here on Wednesday, he said it was in appropriate for the TRS leaders and ministers to target a senior leader who played an active role in the formation of Telangana. He said it was ridiculous to question the continuance of Telangana JAC after the formation of separate State. He said it would be like questioning the very existence of TRS in the State.
Suraram said it was strange that the ministers who did not participate in the Telangana movement were also targeting Kodandaram. He said that the ministers have started targeting the TJAC chief as they realised that they don't have answers for his questions.
