Naidu advises party men not to target BJP Govt

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday advised his party leaders and workers to restrain from targeting BJP-led NDA Government at the Centre over the issue of Special Status for AP.

According to sources, Naidu also instructed TDP leaders to avoid speaking against BJP in public forums. These instructions were reportedly issued during Naidu's tele-conference with party leaders which he held from his camp office in Vijayawada on Friday. He reportedly informed his party men that he had got some positive assurances from Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on the issue of Special Status for AP.

Therefore, Naidu said instead of targeting the BJP Government, the TDP workers should approach people explaining them the unscientific method adopted by the previous Congress-led UPA Government in dividing the Andhra Pradesh.
