TRS will retain power in 2019 elections: Kavitha

Expressing happiness over party's victory in municipal elections in Warangal, Khammam and Achampet, Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha claimed that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi would retain power in 2019 General Elections.

Speaking to media persons after participating in an event at Ravindra Bharathi on Wednesday, Kavitha said that the TRS Government was seriously working on implementation of all promises that it made with the people. She said people were highly impressed with the performance of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and therefore, the party has been winning all elections. She thanked the voters for electing TRS candidates.

Kavitha said that all the opposition parties got united in Achampet to defeat the TRS. However, people rejected those parties and ensure clean sweep for TRS. She advised Congress leaders to do a serious introspection on their behaviour. She predicted that the Congress party would not win even two seats in the next general elections.
