Telangana may become Indo-Pak: Lagadapati

Lagadapati Rajagopal is offering some free suggestions to Home Minister Chidambaram. As a part of his January 5, all party meet in New Delhi Lagadapati suggested Chidambaram to handover each of Andhra Pradesh leaders a copy of AP Election Manifesto in which YSR has clearly mentioned his stand and approach on Telangana. “Let us follow the path and track that was laid before elections by State Government,” said Lagadapati.

“Even after reading the manifesto, if any doubts persist it will be the duty of state Govt. to clarify them. What is the necessity for Central Govt. to involve many a times in this state issue? If the same continues, this might affect the federal structure of our Indian constitution badly,” Lagadapati expressed his concerns on constitution.

He also said that, Centre seems to be buckling under pressure of Telangana leaders and trying to break the state into two pieces. If same continues, there may be a need to break the entire state into many more pieces. Lagadapati requested the leaders not to ignite the regional differences in state which might lead to disturbances in Hyderabad and the problem may become further more complicated like India-Pak problem.

As a solution to present complexity, Lagadapati suggested state and centre to revamp the Roshaiah committee on Telangana which was constituted by YSR in his last days.
