Hyderabad, Dec 30: Chief Minister K Rosaiah on Wednesday sought to erase doubts on who was in charge of the administration in the state by saying that there was no truth in the reports of the new Governor ML Narsimhan conducting review meetings on the law and order situation.The Chief Minister clarified that he himself had sought an appointment with the Governor and had visited Raj Bhavan accompanied by some officials to brief the new Governor of the situation in the state as Mr Narsimhan was keen to know about the situation since he belonged to Andhra Pradesh IPS cadre and is familiar with Andhra Pradesh.Mr Rosaiah also justified the postponement of the scheduled Cabinet meeting by saying that the Telangana bandh required officials to monitor the situation. He pointed out that all officers have the responsibility to review the situation during a general strike.
