Telangana: Employment Vs Political Unemployment. (Please read this)

The issue of Telangana and the separate state hood has its historical significance dating back to half a century. None of the politicians utilized the fire in students for the betterment of the lives of Telangana, through this movement. Either it may be Chenna Reddy or some other Reddy, final sufferers were the people.

“It would be a daunting task for unemployed youth like me to secure a better position in society by getting a good Government job on par by competing with Andhra and Rayalaseema students. I don’t know much about the ‘Gentle Men’s Agreement or ‘610 GO’ which provided some favors for backward areas of Telangana and I know that these norms were hidden behind and nothing much has been done for us. I demand Telangana for major reason of Unemployment, we the youth of Telangana are suffering,” said a friend from Osmania University appearing and waiting for Public Service Commission examination schedule which never follows a schedule.

Coming to Lagadapati Rajagopal’s statements on Telangana, he would have rightly said that “This problem of Telangana is raised by some Political Umemployed leaders and are trying to reap the benefits.” Can Lagadapati Rajagopal say, what is the definition of this Political Unemployement? Is there any such word mentioned in Indian Economy or Indian Constitution. This is just the blame game which both of these parties is playing with common people as their pawns. If this game continues for few more months or years, what about the students and what about the unemployed youth who are waiting for employment and preparing day and night for competitive exams.

To add more to the vows, these agitations have even targeted the colleges and schools. Is this the civilized society in which we are making a living? Shame, but at least feel happy that so called “Political Unemployment” coined by Lagadapti Rajagopal would have been fulfilled, as Politicians would have got their jobs whose main “Job Work” will be to further create Youth Unemployment and Political Employment.

A lady sitting on temple steps besides me rightly commented with her neighbour, “Akka, ee raajakeeya naayakulanthaa okkate. Maname verri bhaagulollamu.”
