Murali Mohan and Nagarjuna – The first sufferers.

With Telangana movement causing the huge stir in State politics, many are worried about the situation of real estate in Hyderabad. With already the land rates reaching the sky high, it is now left for realtors to play the game. But, many are worried that if Telangana state is formed, rates of lands in and around the city would fall drastically and may turn crore pati’s into bikaari’s.

After the formation of Telangana, if the history of lands and the landlords are taken out from 1990’s in Hyderabad, most of them will be undoubtedly Coastal Andhra people who have ploughed gold with all kind of mal practices. The major names which are heard in the market about the first sufferers are Murali Mohan and Nagarjuna.

Murali Mohan and his Jayabheri land products are a huge success and he made crores of rupees during the reign of Chandrababu Naidu. Later, the only name from film industry which made it to real estate news is of Nagarjuna whi faced many allegations related to the benefits he secured from  YSR and his family for promoting the welfare schemes initiated by YSR and his Government.
