TDP should shun vindictive politics

YSR Congress has warned Tdp Government of retaliation from the public if it continues the vindictive policies of foisting false cases against political adversaries with a single point formula of attacking prominent people playing an active role in public life.

“The Nandyal incident is a glaring example of misuse of official machinery as a case of attempt to murder was foisted against Bhuma Nagi Reddy, who was shell-shocked at the meeting where TDP MLCs have attacked YSRCP leaders. The video footage clearly shows that he stood aghast at the goings-on while the false case was foisted against him” party spokesperson Jyothula Nehru told reporters here on Saturday.

Ever since Chandrababu Naidu has taken over the reins of the State, Tdp Government has been targeting active members of YSR Congress with false cases like attempt to murder, SC, ST Atrocities and other such sections only to settle political scores, he said.

First it was MLA Roja, then it was Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and now it is Nagi Reddy and if TDP continues with its vindictive politics, we will resist and show TDP its right place, he said.

The Tdp Government has been showing discrimination as the son of a minister was pulled out of a road rage case with false evidence and pretext, while the person who complained that people will be deprived of jobs if Saraswathi Cements Factory is denied permission was targeted with false cases.

“We will not allow such anarchy to prevail and will fight it out,” he said.
