President condoles loss of lives due to cyclone Hudhud

President of India Pranab Mukherjee has condoled the loss of lives and damage to property caused by the cyclone Hudhud in various districts of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha.

In his message to Governor ESL Narasimhan, the President said, “I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of lives and damage to property caused by the Cyclone Hudhud in various districts of Andhra Pradesh, particularly in Visakhapatnam. I understand rescue and relief operations are currently underway. I am sure that the State Government and other authorities are making all efforts to bring relief to those affected and also provide assistance to the people who have incurred losses. Please convey my heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased”.
