Hyderabad,Dec 4: The Majlis Bachao Tahrek (mbt) on Friday demanded that the Centre immediately constitute a special court headed by a Supreme Court Judge to try those named in the Liberhan Commission Report as responsible for the demolishion of Babri Masjid under the "Unlawful Atrocities Prevention Act (UAPA).The party also demanded ex-gratia for the kin of the victims who died in the communal violence which followed the infamous act.Speaking to reporters here on Friday,  on the eve of the 17th anniversary of the demolishions of the historic Masjid, the MBT working president Adam Malik demanded that ex-gratia be given on the lines of relief given to the victims of violence against the Sikhs in 1984, following the assassination of former prime minister Indira Gandhi. 

 He also appealed to the people to observe bandh on December 6 and as Black Day.The MBT working president said the Report had failed to bring the facts before the people about nexus between late P V Narasimha Rao, late Salahuddin Owaisi (then president of the Babri Masjid Action Committee) and Sangh Parivar who held talks and promoted the "fascist" Sangh Parivar cause.
