TRS MLA slams BJP leaders for criticising KCR

Bodhan Mla and Government Whip Aamir Shakil on Friday condemned the BJP leaders' criticism against the TRS Government and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.

Speaking to media persons at Haj House here, Shakil said that the BJP leaders should change their attitude towards the government. He said that the State BJP has no relevance at the Centre. He said that the party has not even inducted its lone MP from Telangana into the Union Cabinet. He said instead of targeting the government, the BJP leaders should explain as to what they had achieved from the Centre for Telangana State.

Shakil alleged that the BJP has fielded a communal candidate Jagga Reddy for Medak by-polls while ignoring the fact that he was already rejected by the people of Sangareddy in last elections. He said people of Medak would teach the BJP a good lesson in the by-elections.

The TRS MLA also criticised the Congress party and said that the previous regime was responsible for the problems being faced by the people of Telangana now. He said that the Congress leaders were targeting KCR with the fear that their involvement in irregularities would be exposed by the TRS Government.
